Place hands on hips. Start at the center of the back of your neck and measure across the shoulder to the elbow down to your wrist.
With your arms at your sides, measure the fullest part of your bust, keeping tape parallel to the floor.
Measure your body around your natural waist (where your waist is the smallest).
For regular sizing, stand with your heels together, and measure approximately 8” below your waist.
Measure your best-fitting pants from the seam at the crotch to the hem.
