Order & Shipping
Once you place your order successfully, you will receive a unique order number ending with "RW".
There are ways to find your order number:
-Check your email inbox or spam for the order confirmation.
-Create a Roswear account using the email address you provided at purchase. Find your order number under your order history.

Generally it takes 1-3 business days to pack your order and 3-7 business days transit time after shipment. We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP!

The standard shipping fee is $10 and free shipping is applied to orders over $75. It usually takes 3-7 business days for transit. You can find our detailed Shipping Policy at the footer of the website or you contact Service@roswear.com to get further information.

We ship to all locations in the US, as well as some European and Asian countries. If you want to know if your location accepts delivery, please check the payment page for shipping countries and locations.
You may change your shipping address after you place an order by contacting customer service. Typically, you can only do this the same day an order was placed because items are shipping as fast as possible. If an item has already been processed for shipping, you may not be able to change the address.
When your order has been shipped, we will send you another e-mail with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online.
For security reasons, we do not currently ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Please note that cancellations are only possible if the order has not been shipped. To best assist with your request, we recommend reaching out to us via live chat or email at Service@roswear.com for immediate assistance.
We're sorry there's an item missing from your order. Before contacting our Customer team, we recommend checking the following:
>We may have sent your items in separate parcels so please check your emails to see if any of your items will be arriving separately.
>You can also check if your order has been split into more than one parcel by logging into 'My Account' and checking my orders.
>The items you ordered may have been out of stock. It's worth checking your emails (including your junk/spam) to see if we've sent you an email about this.
>If you’ve placed multiple orders within a few days of each other that qualify for free delivery and are being shipped to the same delivery address, your orders may have been combined and split across multiple parcels. You’ll be able to see whether they’ve been shipped together if the tracking information for each of the orders you’ve placed is the same.
If you have an item missing from your order, please let us know within 30 days of your order being delivered and we’ll do our best to help you.
It is possible that your order may be canceled when it was detected by the system as a high-risk order. If you receive a cancellation notification, please contact your financial institution to verify your payment method and reach out to our customer service. All charges will be refunded after verifying the details of your order.
Exchange & Return
We feel sorry that our products can not make you satisfied. Returns are available within 30 days of delivery (except Clearance items). Return packages must be courier out within 7 days after a return application has been approved, otherwise the return will not be accepted and no refund will be issued. Email Service@roswear.com with your order number, order total, first and last name, and the item(s) you would like to return / refund along with what the issue is.
Pack and seal your box securely, in the original package if possible. Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed once we receive back your return package. If you need to replace the items, we suggest that you directly return and re-order, it will be faster.
Please allow 3-5 business days for refunds to be processed after we receive your return package. We cannot issue refunds until the returned item is received back. You will receive an e-mail once your return has been received & processed. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to appear on your bank account (depending on your financial institution).
Refunds will be issued in the same form that the order was placed. If you placed an order using both a gift card and a credit card, the order will be refunded to reflect those payment methods.
Yes. To save on shipping, time, and packaging materials, you can return items from multiple orders as long as you include the corresponding order numbers for each item inside the package.
We recommend you write each order number on a slip of paper and include it inside your return package. Packages received without proper order identification may result in errors or long processing times.
We do not offer exchanges. If you want a different size or color, please return the item you don't need and place a new order. We will refund all items received and will send you a refund notification via email when processing is complete.

We’re really sorry if you’ve received an incorrect item. Please send it back to us and we'll refund you as soon as it arrives back at our warehouse. If you’re not able to create a return, please get in touch with customer service and they will gladly help you further.
If you still want the item and it's still in stock, please order it through our website as normal.
We apologize if you received a damaged item. Please send a photo of the damaged product to Service@roswear.com with your order number and we would be happy to help you with a resolution. Please note that any damaged item outside of a 30 days return window cannot be returned or refunded.

Every product has its own size chart. Usually you can find the Size Chart on the product page. (Below the sizing/color options, you may see more details if you Click the Size Chart). It is recommended to buy according to the usual try-on size.
