We feel sorry that our products can not make you satisfied. Returns are available within 30 days of delivery (except Clearance items).
Returned items must be in new, unworn, unstained condition with tags still.
Items must be neatly folded and returned with all original packaging and receipt.
Please ship item(s) back within 7 days after you initiate return request.
Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed once we receive back your return package.
If you need to replace the items, we suggest that you directly return and re-order, it will be faster.
* Request a return within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
* Return requests cannot be accepted after 30 days from delivery. Return packages must be courier out within 7 days after a return application has been approved, otherwise the return will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.
* "Clearance" items are not eligible for return.
* Items should be neatly folded, must be completely unworn, undamaged, unstained, unscented, and be in their new original condition with all original tags and package.
* Items have obvious stains, visible wear or tags removed will not be accepted for return and will be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense without refund.
* Returns shipped back in disheveled, heavily wrinkled or worn condition, bad smell (including strong scent of perfume), or without original packaging or tags are subject to a minimum $10 service charge per item, or maybe refuse to the customer refund.
* Returns cannot be processed without a detailed reason for return. Please allow 3-5 business days for refunds to be processed after we receive your return package. We cannot issue refunds until the return item is received back.
* We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be at your own cost.
* We are not responsible for lost/missing/stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, and orders will not be re-sent or refunded.
* Please note we cannot provide any returns for accidental damage caused during laundering or dry-cleaning, such as stains, burns, shrinkage, discoloration, wrinkling, tears, rips, bleaching, iron damage, heat damage, seam or button hardware damage.
* We offer one return per order. All items for return should be shipped back together in one package.
Roswear reserves the right to refuse any returns or charge a return fee for returns that do not meet the above requirements. Unaccepted returns will be shipped back to you at your expense without refund. We appreciate your understanding.
